PROCEDURE TO AVAIL SERVICE
Each service will have a certain exclusivity period associated with them. For service transparency, as soon as a certain service is availed, the contract download buttons will be disabled and the countdown till service expiry at the bottom of the home page and the service page will be be activated.
Each service will start once the contract mapped to that service is activated. Each contract will get activated once:
– the contract is signed and stamped by service availer after reading the terms and conditions in “Terms and Conditions” page as well as within the contract.
-the contract is send via email to [email protected] through the official email id of the person signing the contract along with a government id proof.
– a response is received from Mayukh Sarkar within two weeks acknowledging the contract and sharing his government id proof(passport) and bank details.
-the payment as per the terms of the contract is made by the service availer and confirmation screenshot of the payment is send to [email protected]
-the receival of the payment is confirmed by Mayukh Sarkar
-the same contract is signed by him and shared through [email protected] to the service availer along with a photo of him signing the contract.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
In lieu of the type of service provided and while providing the service, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you such as:
– government issued id
– official email address
The security of your data is important and every commercial, procedural and logical means have been availed to protect the same. The information required from your end has also been kept to a bare minimum(only as much is required for integration and non-repudiation purposes). However, as any experienced professional might know, it is impossible to gurantee 100% security, if someone is saying they can provide absolute 100% security,”they are lying”.
